The PRIDE Academy (formerly Young People’s Academy) is a secondary special school for students with social, emotional and mental health needs.

Thank you for your interest in the Sixth Form at The PRIDE Academy. Our motto is Triumph with Perseverance and we promise to help you be the best you can.

We have a fantastic new building with light and airy classrooms and specialist teaching facilities for Art, Design Technology, Food Technology, Music, Science and Sports. You will be based in our Sixth Form study centre and you will be supported by a dedicated team of professionals who want to help you succeed.

Our wonderful surroundings, targeted curriculum and celebration of individuality allows us to take PRIDE in all that we do. The leaflet below will tell you more about our PRIDE values and what you can expect when you join our Sixth Form.
