Parents

At The PRIDE Academy we believe that a close working relationship with parents and carers is one of the keys to making progress. Parents and carers are kept closely informed about their child’s progress through informal telephone conversations, termly interview days, annual reviews, pre and post-admissions meetings and school reports. Parents are always welcome to visit for school events or to meet with staff.

Parents and carers are invited in for an interview with their child at the beginning of each term. During the interview there is an opportunity to discuss any developments in the school or at home and to set targets for the forthcoming term.

There are many opportunities to meet with staff in order to develop a working relationship, to further your child’s progress. Apart from arranged appointments, staff can be contacted within school time by telephone or through the email address contained in the “Contact Us” section.
