Please contact the school on the first day of your Child’s absence
It is vital that students attend school regularly and on time to get the best out of their education.
It is important that parents/carers appreciate that if a student does not arrive at school, teachers have no way of knowing whether that non-arrival is due to them not being sent, or due to other causes. Parents are therefore asked to contact the school on the first day that their child is absent and before school is due to start; 9.45am. Reception can be contacted on: 01895 446747
It is also important that the school always have up to date emergency contact numbers. We ask parents/carers, if possible, to please provide more than one number and/or contact, to ensure that contact can be made.
The school works closely with Hillingdon’s Participation Team to oversee attendance. A monthly report is produced and discussed with the Participation Team with a particular emphasis on extended or regular non-attendance.
