Students Celebrated at Jack Petchey Achievement Awards Evening

Students from The Pride Academy recently attended a special celebration evening after being named winners of the prestigious Jack Petchey Foundation Achievement Award.

The event brought together young people from schools and colleges across the London Borough of Hillingdon, all recognised for their outstanding achievements, positive attitude and contribution to their communities.

During the evening, students were invited onto the stage to receive a commemorative medal in front of proud families, friends and staff. The ceremony was a chance to celebrate not only their individual success, but also the hard work, determination and personal growth that led to the award.

The Jack Petchey Achievement Award recognises young people who have gone above and beyond, often showing resilience, commitment and a positive impact on those around them. Being selected is a significant achievement and reflects the dedication shown by each student throughout their time at college.

Staff were incredibly proud to see students recognised alongside other award winners from across Hillingdon, and the evening was a memorable celebration for everyone involved.

Both students thoroughly enjoyed the event and were delighted to be part of such a special occasion celebrating young people’s achievements.
